Continuous Professional Development

  • CPD including:
    • Teaching/ management styles
    • Behaviour management
    • Meeting SEND need
    • Staff struggling with inclusive SEND in their classrooms
    • Soft skills/ people skills
    • Managing conflict and confrontation
  • Supervision for staff (particularly useful for staff often working in isolation eg. SENDCOs, Nurture TAs, EHO workers, family support workers, newly qualified staff and headteachers 

The above services would be offered in a 121 capacity. The headteacher/ line manager would need to be included in feedback sessions. These are offered at the following rates:

Rate 1

3 x 1 hour sessions
£150

Rate 2

6 x 1 hour sessions
£250

  • Confidential mental health support for staff:
    • Personal / professional trauma support and mental health support
    • Disciplinary/ competence support
    • Those on phased return 

Mental health support for staff would be a confidential service for that staff member however, if there were a safeguarding concern then the school’s safeguarding and whistleblowing policy would be followed.

£50 per 1 hour session. I would advise a minimum of 6 sessions for it to have impact.
