Flexible learning for staff

These sessions are designed to help you independently deliver your own courses, offering access to training and resources to successfully cascade information throughout your school. 

Prices available on request, depending on delivery format (face to face or online via Teams/Zoom) and session length.

  • Delivering Nurture Training to TAs/MDS – Improve and deliver high quality lunchtime/nurture provision to boost learning and life chances.
  • Assessing, Delivering, Measuring and Reviewing Nurture Needs -Tailored support for developing or revising nurture strategies. *Nurture Assessment Grid available: £100 one-off licence.
  • Improving Communication – Give line managers the confidence to have difficult conversations, essential for managing staff, parents and carers empowering staff with to tools for harmonious working.
  • Managing Conflict and Communication -When handled well difficult talks can drive positive change and avoiding tricky conversations allows issues to escalate. Allow staff to feel equipped to do this positively and confidently.     
  • Children’s Mental Health and Wellbeing – Learn how to have age-appropriate conversations and teach children to manage emotional needs.
  • Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing – Enhance morale and attendance through self-awareness and sustainable policies.
  • SEMH and SEND – Ensure RSHE is tailored to SEND pupils unique need, improving emotional and educational outcomes for these wonderful individuals.
  • Sensory Audits and Positive Behaviour Plans – Transform challenging and complex individuals, understanding sensory audits, how to create achievable sensory diets and how positive behvaiour plans can impact on the child, classroom and whole school.
